I've been using CINEsync for a while now, and I'm impressed with their technical support. Whenever I've had an issue, their team has been quick to respond and resolve it. There was a bit of a learning curve at the beginning but they assisted us through out, which was great. I'm so glad we went ahead with getting their KIOSK as well, it's intuitive and easy to use, and helped us reduce queuing at the counters. Overall, a great product with excellent customer service.

Our online sales have gone way up since we started with Cine Sync. We've seen a huge rise in mobile ticket sales as well. The design is very modern and matches perfectly with our cinema audience. The ability to customize the web is a huge bonus. Thumbs up to the team!

Cinesync's system has made our life so easy. We were using a different software for a long time and everyone here feels the difference. The POS system is reliable, and the mobile and web platforms have made ticket booking straightforward. The system switch was surprisingly smooth. We've had some minor glitches along the way but their customer support team was very responsive and was always ready to assist.

We have an Open Air Cinema with a restaurant and we needed quite a few customization. They were always willing to help us listening to all our requests and very patient waiting for us to be sure we had all as we wanted. The system we built look great and is very easy to use.High level of support. We would definitely recommend it to whoever run a cinema.
